Print is Dead

Abstract

With rapid advancements in technology the processes that print designers and publishers use to produce printed matter has changed dramatically. Through research in the history of the printing process, and the shift from traditional production methods to the use of new media, I composed various images, each speaking directly to certain points in print history. Through this research I ask, as our relationship with digital media grows stronger will our need for print diminish?
